Shipping Policy
Free shipping and returns within the Netherlands and Belgium. All orders may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Each delivery contains simple instructions to return the products.

Express delivery. Order before 16:00 and receive your order the next day, free of charge (business days only).
Items with python skin shipped outside the EU require a special CITES permit. This may delay shipping by up to 2 business days.
Pre-orders are shipped from the date stated on the product page. Choosing express shipping will not speed up the shipping process.
